Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Loggee (the App) and its developer Robert Konczi (I, me, my) collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the App. By downloading or using Loggee, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Summary

Current versions of Loggee store user logs only on your device.

The App does not collect or send personal data to external servers.

Payments for Loggee PLUS are processed fully by Apple.

Future updates may add optional iCloud sync. When that happens, this Policy will be updated.

2. Information the App May Store or Access

Local device storage

Loggee stores logs and app data locally on your device. This includes card definitions, logged values, chart data, preferences such as theme settings, and your purchase state. None of this data leaves your device.

iCloud (future use)

A future version of the App may offer optional iCloud synchronization. You will be informed when this feature becomes available. If enabled, your data may be stored in your personal iCloud account and handled by Apple. I do not have access to your iCloud data.

Payments

The Loggee PLUS one-time purchase is processed only by Apple. I do not collect or store credit card or payment information.

Device and system data

The App may access basic system information needed for correct operation, such as device language or app version. This information remains on your device.

3. Analytics and Tracking

The App does not include analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.

If you use iCloud features in the future, Apple may process your data according to its own privacy policies.

4. How I Use Information

Since data stays on your device, I do not use or process your logs.

If iCloud sync is enabled in the future, Apple will manage storage and syncing. I will not read or access your synced data.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

I do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

Information may be disclosed only when required by law or if the App is transferred to another owner. You will be notified in case of major changes.

6. Data Retention

Your data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.

If the App supports iCloud sync in the future, retention will follow your iCloud account settings and Apple's policies.

7. Security

I take reasonable measures to protect data stored locally.

However, no method of storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

If you enable iCloud sync in the future, storage and security will be managed by Apple.

8. Your Rights (EU and Czech Republic)

If you are in the European Union or the Czech Republic, you may have rights related to your personal data.

  • Access the data stored by the App
  • Edit or delete your logs directly in the App
  • Delete the App or its data to remove all locally stored information
  • Remove synced data from iCloud if you enable cloud features in the future
  • File a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů)

Contact me at support@loggee.app for questions about your rights.

9. Children

The App does not knowingly collect information from children.

There is no minimum age requirement for using the App, but users under 18 should have parental supervision.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Policy may change over time. The date at the top will always show the most recent update.

Important changes, especially related to iCloud sync or data collection, will be communicated through an updated app release.
